摘要
研究潜流人工湿地系统中,基质脱氢酶活性随季节性温度波动的变化规律,探讨基质脱氢酶活性与污染物去除效果的相关性。研究结果表明,人工湿地中基质脱氢酶活性存在着季节性差异,与水温存在着一定的正相关关系,基质脱氢酶活性在6月份达到最高值3.43μL/(d.g),在1—3月达到最低值0.78μL/(d.g)。系统中的基质脱氢酶活性与COD去除负荷存在线性相关关系,与氨氮去除负荷存在指数相关关系。湿地植物类型对基质脱氢酶活性有一定的影响,香蒲湿地中的基质脱氢酶活性高于芦苇湿地。
Substrate dehydrogenase activity in constructed wetland and its correlation with pollutant removal were studied.The results indicate that significant differences existed in substrate dehydrogenase activity seasonally,dehydrogenase activity reached the highest value of 3.43 μL/(d·g)in June and the least value of 0.78 μL/(d·g)between January and March.There were a notable linear correlation between dehydrogenase activity and COD removal loading in wastewater,and an important exponential correlation between dehydrogenase activity and ammonia nitrogen removal loading.Substrate dehydrogenase activity in typha angustifolia constructed wetland was much higher than that in phragmites communis constructed wetland.
