环烯醚萜总苷对糖尿病大鼠肾小球硬化影响的SEM观察

Ultrastructural ObservatiOn on the Charges of Diabetes Mellitus Rat'Renal After Treated with HXMTZG for Scanning Election Microscope

环烯醚萜总苷(简称HXMTZG)是中药山茱萸的提取物,近年来的研究表明,HXMTZG能有效地减少糖尿病大鼠肾小球皮质中晚期糖化终产物(AGEs)的表述,改善晚期糖尿病肾病的临床症状。我们应用扫描电子显微镜对此进行了研究,结果表明中药山茱萸及其提取物HXMTZG能显著地减少糖尿病大鼠肾小球的玻璃样改变,具有保护肾脏,延缓AGEs的产生和堆积的作用,对糖尿病的临床治疗有一定的指导意义。

HXMTZG is extracted from Eructus Comi. The studies in the recent years showed, the HXMTZG can prove the symptom of the DM renal, and reduce the expression of the AGEs in the renal of DM Rat. We study this extract in SEM and the results demonstrate that the HXMTZG can reduce the charges as glass of the renal of DM Rat, defer that the AGEs to product and pile in the renal of DM Rat. The HXMTZG have meaning for the clinic treatment of DM.
