摘要
磷脂广泛存在于自然界,在医药、食品和化工等领域具有重要的作用,但长期以来由于缺乏快速有效的检测手段,使得磷脂的研究受到一定的限制,依靠传统的薄层色谱法、高效液相色谱法很难做到精确定性和定量复杂的磷脂混合物,本文介绍两种磷脂检测的新技术——^(31)P核磁共振波谱法和电喷雾质谱法,对其应用方法和优缺点进行综述。
Phospholipids are very important mixtures of lipid which widely used in the pharmaceutical industry, food and chemical processes. The research on this field was restricted by lack of rapid and effective detection technologies. It was difficult to qualitate and quantitate phospholipids exactly by traditional method such as TLC and HPLC, this paper introduces two of new methods——^31P NMR and ESI-MS, detailing their applications in the phospholipids assay, comparing their advantages and disadvantages with other methods.
