割出村坐落在穿过金泽市的8号路北侧。由于政府办公迁址到8号路北侧以及新环路的建设,这里由乡村逐渐发展成了带有公寓的居住区。但金泽的人口近年来并无改变,由此,对于房客资源的竞争很激烈,一些新公寓并没有住满。该项目就从业主们面对的这个普遍问题开始“如何使公寓保持竞争力?”基地为37.6m×43.3m,等于两片18.8m×43.4m的稻田面积。
Waridashi is located on the north side of route 8 getting across the city of Kanazawa. Because of relocation of the state office to the north side of route 8 and development of new ring road, the rural scene has been evolving into residential area with apartments. Population of Kanazawa has not changed in recent years. Securement of tenant is very competitive, and there are new apartments not being fully occupied.
