摘要
租户空间除居住单元外，还包括入口和停车空间，设计的第一步是分配36个空间块，第二步是分隔住宅单元。有些住宅单元突破了规则的楼层限制，在水平和竖直两个方向上的联系，产生了很多单元类型上的变化。
The tenant space scheduled to the entrance, the parking, and the start was allocated to the first step of 36 pieces. The unit including the owner unit two families is applied since the second step. When it is made a one room, the unit exceeds a regulated law floor. In addition, many variations were given mixing the maisonnette type connected in horizontal direction and the direction of the section.
