从经营的角度看,在一个等边直角三角形的地块内处理一个体量最合理的方式之一,就是按照管理标准,用尽可能多的一居室出租房间来填满整个地段。当然,更大的居住单元会减少设计中的问题,但却会带来其他方面的困难。
From a managerial viewpoint, one of the most reasonable ways to treat the volume under maximum form restriction, on a divided lot resulting to be an isosceles right-angled triangle by land rearrangement, is to fill it with maximum rental one-rooms complying with administrative standards. Of course, larger dwelling units can reduce problems in design, though accumulation of difficult conditions was chosen.
