摘要
高中新课程呼唤英语教师的专业成长。本文以现代知识观的转型为基础,立足于本校层面,提出了促进高中英语教师专业成长的理论学习策略、实践反思策略及校本教研策略。
The New Curriculum in senior high school demands English teachers to develop professionally, The paper ,based on the transformation of modern knowledge viewpoint, generalizes three main strategies for English teachers, namely theory-study strategy, practice-reflection strategy and school-based research strategy.
