教育实习是高等师范院校教学过程和教学计划的有机组成部分。结合教育实习指导实践，对教育技术专业教育实习的现状与特征进行分析，同时对教育实习工作中存在的问题进行有针对性的讨论，从而提出完善和促进教育技术专业教育实习改革的策略，以期为教育技术专业教育实习工作顺利、高效、有序地进行提供参考。

Practice of education is an organic parts of teaching process and program of normal college. Combining the guidance of educational practice,the article analyses the present condition and characteristics of educational technology practice,in the meantime ,discusses pointedly about the existent problem in education practice, being thus puts forward the strategy of reform to improve and promote educational technology practice,expecting to provide a reference to make educational technology practice favorably,efficiently and orderly.
