Preliminary Research on Newly-elevated Vocational College Teachers’ Professional De- velopment

探讨了新升格高职院校为专任教师发展所迎来的崭新机遇，分析了新升格高职院校教师发展所面临的各种挑战，在此基础上，初步提出了引领新升格高职院校教师专业发展的基本路径。

This paper investigates and analyzes the new opportunities and various challenges for college teachers brought by the newly-elevated status of vocational colleges. Based on the analysis, a basic way of guiding college teachers＇ professional development is brought up.
