屋面隔热板减震措施在加层设计中的应用研究

Roof Isolation Boarding Used as An Aseismic Method in Design of Extension Storey on Masonry Building

某四层砖砌房屋在加层改造中碰到了抗震问题，由于该房屋设计时未考虑抗震设防，本文在该房屋加层设计中采用屋面隔热板隔震措施，使房屋加层后的抗震性能比加层前有较大的提高。

In case of an extension storey on a four storey existing,masonry building in which aseismic requirement has not been taken into consideration, the roof isolation boarding is used as an aseismic method. In this paper, the method of design is presented and the aseismic effect is improved as compared with the existing building.
