目前,对企业多元化动因解释的论述众多。可以将这些论述归为两大类:内因论和内外因结合论,前者包括资源能力理论、市场势力理论和代理理论,后者包括安索夫的理论、交易成本理论、瑞德-拉夫曼和庄贵军的理论。对这些理论分别进行比较分析,能够为企业多元化实践提供新的思路。

There are many different explanations about the reason for firm diversification. This paper classifies all relevant theories into internal causes and internal- eternal theories. The former includes the resource view, the market - power view and the agency view, while the latter includes the theory of transaction costs and three integrated views. All of these views are analyzed and compared according to their explanation to the different types of diversification.
