摘要
我国的民营企业在改革开放后取得了长足的发展,成为我国国民经济的重要组成部分,对我国国民经济的发展起着重要的促进作用。但在企业发展壮大,经营管理与文化含量不断提高,知识经济不断发展的同时,民营企业的生存和发展越来越依赖于高素质的人才,原有的人力资源管理模式已不能满足企业发展的需要。
Chinese private enterprises have received great development after the Reform and Opening -up, and become an important component of national economy. But with the enhancement of operation, culture management and the development of knowledge - based economy, the surrival and growth of private enterprises depend more and more on talent with high quality. The previous human resources management pattern can not meet the current development.
