The development of electric power enterprises are confronted with the enormous changes both inside and outside environment as the reform of the market economic system is gradually deepened and the scheme of the electric power institutional reform is step - by - step implemented. With the help of the related theories and practical experiences of foreign typical power enterprises, this paper advances the concrete approaches to optimizing liability scope of power grid enterprises in China on the basis of the current development situation of electrical industry and the characteristics of these power grid enterprises in China.
