摘要
企业竞争力的本质是为顾客创造比竞争对手更高的价值,即顾客价值是所有竞争力理论的整合平台。因此有必要对顾客价值做一番认真的考察。对顾客价值的概念、内涵、特征、层次及其测量进行分析和评述,为企业创造具有竞争力的顾客价值提供思路和借鉴。
It is an essential aspect of competition for an enterprise to produce a higher value than the others. In the other word, customer value is a common ground for all the theories about enterprise competition. So it is necessary to analyze the customer value. This paper gives a discussion on the concept, connotation, characteristic, unity and measurement of Customer Value. Therefore it will be a good reference for entrepreneur to produce more customer value.
