The Value Orientation of Social Security Law in the Context of Developing Harmonious Society

构建和谐社会必须首先实现社会的公平正义。我国的社会保障体系已经初步建立,但现阶段我国的社会保障法究竟应该追求怎样的价值取向仍然存在分歧。依据现阶段的国情,应该把安全和公平作为我国社会保障法的基本价值取向。

Abstract：Building a harmonious society must realize the social fairness and justice first. China has established social security system already;however, there are different opinions on what values we should pursue. According to stated situations, we should pursuit security and fairness as the fundamental value orientation.
