摘要
斯宾塞认为知识选择应随时代和社会的发展而变,并以"完满生活的预备"为尺度,指出知识具有比较价值,进而得出"科学知识最有价值"的结论。他不仅点题,更在于破题,为我们今天的教育改革提供了可以借鉴的知识选择问题的思维模式。
Spencer believes that the choice of knowledge may change with the time development. The change may take "the preparation of perfect life" as standard. Knowledge has the comparative value so "scientific knowledge is the most valuable". Spencer not only raises the question but also answers the question. He offers a reference for current education reform concerning the knowledge choice.
