口腔鳞癌平阳霉素诱导化疗患者营养水平的评估

摘要 目的研究平阳霉素诱导化疗对口腔鳞癌患者营养状况水平的影响。方法用营养状况综合评价法(combined subjective and objective nutritional assessment,SNA)对64例口腔颌面部鳞癌患者应用平阳霉素诱导化疗前后的营养水平进行评价。结果口腔鳞癌患者化疗前营养不良发生率34.4%,化疗后为73.4%,存在显著性差异,化疗前后营养不良增加程度与化疗量正相关。结论平阳霉素诱导化疗可进一步增加口腔鳞癌患者的营养不良发生率。 Objective To investigate the nutritional conditions in the patients with oral cancer treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy of pinyangmycin. Methods Sixty - four patients with oral and maxillofacial squamons cancer were treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy with pinyangmycin, their nutritional conditions were evaluated by combined subjective and objective nutritional assessment (SNA) before and after chemotherapy, Results The incidence of malnutrition of patients with oral and maxillofacial squamous cancer was before treatment, and 73, 4% after chemotherapy, The aggravated degree of the nutritional contions was positive correlation with the dosage of PYM, Conclusion Neoadjuvant chemotherapy with PYM is associated with decreasing paitentshutrifional level.
