Hero 642机用镍钛根备系统用于感染根管预备的临床评价 被引量:5

Clinical evaluation of root canal preparation by Hero 642 rotary nickel-titanium instrumentation

摘要 目的评价Hero642机用镍钛器械应用于根管预备的临床效果。方法临床选择40例患者共42个感染根管,随机分为两组:实验组与对照组,实验组(25个)采用Hero642机用旋转镍钛锉行冠向下法预备根管,对照组(17个)采用不锈钢K锉行逐步后退技术预备根管,3%双氧水和5.25%次氯酸钠溶液及17%的EDTA溶液交替冲洗10~15分钟,分别于预备前,预备后根管内取样,接种,培养然后检测根管内菌群的变化;同时分别记录两组预备至30号所需时间;根备后采取冷牙胶侧向加压法充填根管,摄片比较两组根管充填质量。结果两组根管预备后细菌数量均明显降低,与预备前有显著性差异(P<0.05);其中实验组细菌检出率明显减少甚至为零,减幅大于对照组。实验组操作时间短于对照组,根充质量优于对照组。结论完善的根管预备能有效地减少或清除根管内细菌,Hero642机用镍钛器械预备根管快速而有效,值得临床推广使用。 Objective To clinically evaluate the root canal preparation by Hero 642 rotary nickel - titanium instruments. Methods A total of 42 single - rooted teeth with chronic apical periodontitis were selected and prepared by Hero 642 rotary nickel - titanium instruments using crown - down technique in the experimental group, and by K - files using step -back technique in the control group. Samples were taken before and after the preparation respectively. The quality of obturatiion was determined by radiographs, and the preparation time were recorded. Results The number and species of bacteria in the root canal were both reduced dramatically and there were significant differences between the two groups ( P 〈 0.05). Hero 642 rotary nickel - titanium instruments were significantly faster than K - flexofiles. The rate of best root canal obturation in the former group was better than that in the latter one ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The of root canal can effectively reduce the number and species of root canal microflora. Hero 642 instruments prepared root canal rapidly and effectively, thus it is worth wide application.
