摘要
目的评价自酸蚀粘接剂SE Bond用于后牙深龋治疗后牙髓反应。方法将35例患者共58颗诊断为深龋的磨牙Ⅰ类洞患牙分为两组,实验组30例使用自酸蚀粘接剂SE Bond和Ap-X树脂直接充填,对照组28例用Dycal护髓,GIC垫底后使用SE Bond和Ap-X树脂充填。术后1周及6个月复查牙髓活力状态。结果实验组和对照组术前术后牙髓温度测试(冷测)及电活力测试均正常,两组间无差异。实验组的临床操作时间短于对照组。结论自酸蚀牙本质粘接剂SE Bond用于深龋直接粘接修复,能够维持良好的牙髓活力状态,并缩短临床操作时间。
Objective To evaluate the pulp vitality of the teeth treated with a self - etching dentin adhesive ( SE Bond). Methods Total 58 molar teeth with deep caries in 35 patients were divided into two groups. After cavity preparations were completed, the experimental group (30 teeth) was treated with a self- etching dentin bond (SE Bond) and restored with a composite resin ( Ap - X). The control group (28 teeth) was used calcium hydroxide (Dycal) as cavity liner and GIC as cavity base at first, then restored with SE Bond and Ap - X. Pulpal vitality was evaluated at 1 week and six months after treatment. Results Pulpal vitality of all treated teeth were all in healthy state at 1 week and 6 months after treatment. No sensitivity was present. Conclusion This study showed that pulpal response of teeth with deep cairs can be maintain in good condition when treated with self- etching dentin bond (SE Bond) directly.
