碱性成纤维细胞生长因子对人体外培养牙髓细胞增殖的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)对体外培养的人牙髓细胞增殖和分化的影响。方法以常规体外组织块培养法获得牙髓细胞,采用MTT比色测定bFGF对牙髓细胞的影响。结果bFGF在1~100ng/ml浓度范围内,可促进人牙髓细胞的增殖,与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.01)。bFGF最小显效浓度是1ng/ml,而10ng/ml的bFGF促增殖作用最强,与1ng/ml的bFGF相比差异显著(P<0.01),但与100ng/ml的bFGF无显著差异(P>0.05)。从第3天起,与对照组相比bFGF对人牙髓细胞有显著的促增殖作用(P<0.01)。结论bFGF能明显促进人牙髓细胞的增殖,在牙髓组织康复治疗中起到重要作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) on proliferation of human dental pulp cell in vitro. Methods Dental pulp cell was isolated from dental pulp tissue explants. The effects of bFGF on dental pulp cell were assayed with MTT colorimetric method. Results bFGF promoted the cell proliferation at concentration of 1 - 100ng/ml, The effect of bFGF on the cell proliferation reached its maximum at the concentration of 10ng/ml. Conclusion The results suggest that bFGF could significantly promote the proliferation of dental pulp ceil, and it may play an important role in the rehabilitative treatment of dental pulp tissue.
