利用组织芯片技术研究乳腺癌中VEGF-C的表达与淋巴管生成的关系及意义

摘要 目的探讨乳腺癌中血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF-C)的表达与淋巴管生成的关系及意义。方法构建乳腺癌组织芯片,采用免疫组化SP法检测88例乳腺癌VEGF-C的表达,并用podoplanin标记淋巴管。结果有淋巴结转移组与无淋巴结转移组VEGF-C高表达率差异显著(P<0.05),有淋巴结转移组微淋巴管密度(MLVD)明显高于无转移组(P<0.01),VEGF-C染色低表达组与高表达组MLVD差异极显著(P<0.01)。结论VEGF-C可能通过促进淋巴管生成导致乳腺癌淋巴结转移。 Objective To investigate the relationship and significance of the expression of VEGF-C and lymphangiogenesis in breast cancer on tissue chip. Methods Tissue microarray and immunohistochemistry SP method were applied to detect the expression of VEGF-C and to label the microlymphatic vessels in the tumors by podoplanin staining in 88 cases of breast carcinoma. Results The significant difference in the overexpression of VEGF-C existed between lymph node metastasis group and non-lymph-node-metastasis group ( P 〈 0.05). The difference of MLVD between VEGF-C lower expression group and VEGF- C overexpression group had statistical significance (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion VEGF-C facilitates lymph node metastasis in breast carcinoma by promoting lymphangiogenesis.
