摘要
目的研究以乙醇或丙酮为溶剂的粘接系统在较长时间的多次使用后,效前挥发对其微拉伸粘接强度的影响。方法选用两种含有乙醇的牙本质湿粘接系统OptiBond Solo、Single Bond和三种含有丙酮的牙本质湿粘接系统Gluma One-Bond、Bond-1、One-Step,每天在9时和15时各打开密封盖1min,分别测试和比较各粘接系统在第0天、第7天、14天和21天时的微拉伸强度。结果两种以乙醇为溶剂的粘接系统OptiBond Solo和Single Bond的微拉伸粘接强度随着使用时间的延长和使用频率的增加虽然有下降的趋势,但在4个测试点的强度没有显著的差别。在三种以丙酮为溶剂的粘接系统中,GlumaOne-Bond和One-Step在使用7天后粘接强度没有明显变化,在使用14天和21天后微拉伸粘接强度有明显的下降,下降幅度分别为10.4%、11.2%、13.3%、12.4%;Bond-1的微拉伸粘接强度在4个测试点的强度都没有明显差别。结论短时间多次使用后的效前挥发对部分含有乙醇的牙本质粘接系统的粘接强度影响较小,而对部分含有丙酮的牙本质粘接系统的粘接强度有一定的影响。
Objective To study the influence of premature volatilization on the microtensile strengths of alcohol - based and acetone - based dentin bonding systems after multiple use in a long time. Methods Two alcohol - based wet bonding systems including OptiBond Solo and Single Bond and three acetone - based wet bonding systems including Gluma One- Bond, Bond - 1 and One - Step, were used to bond Chrisma composite resin to dentin surface. The bottles containing different adhesives were opened for 1 minute at 9 and 15 o'clock every day. Microtensile strengths were measured with Instro 1195 on the 1^st , 7^th, 14^th and 21^st day respectively. Results The difference of microtensile strengths of those two alcohol -based adhesives, though with decreasing tendency, were not of significance on the 1^st , 7^th, 14^th and 21^st day. As for the acetone - based adhesives, the microtensile strengths of Gluma One - Bond and One - Step had no significant difference after 7 days. However, on the 14^th and 21^st day, the microtensile strengths had been decreasing remarkably, with the rate of 10.4% , 11.2% for the 14^th day and 13.3%, 12.4% for the 21^st day respectively. For Bond - 1, there was no difference of microtensile strength among 4 time points. Conclusion Premature volatilization has no significant influence on the bonding strength in some alcohol - based dentin bond agents within a short time, but it does have influence on bonding strength in some acetone -based dentin bond agents.
