摘要
以甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸丁酯对SBS进行接枝改性,研究了SBS用量、引发剂浓度、单体配比、聚合温度、反应时间、增粘剂用量多种因素对胶液剥离强度的影响,所制胶液用于粘接SBS和皮类材料时90°剥离强度最高可达91N/cm,可稳定在70N/cm以上。
SBS was grafted with methyl methylacrylate and butyl acrylate to improve the properties of the SBS as adhesives. The influences of the concentrations of SBS, initiator and tackifier, ratios of monomers, reaction temperature and reaction time on the peeling strength of adhesive were studied. The peeling strength could reach as high as 91N/cm when the adhesive was used to stick SBS on skin materials.
