摘要 以聚合填充法将Ziegler-Natta催化剂负载于无机填料高岭土表面,制备了一种聚乙烯/高岭土复合材料,聚乙烯的相对分子质量超过100万。该复合材料具有优异的力学性能,在高岭土填充量为40%(质量分数,下同)时,拉伸断裂强度超过30MPa,断裂伸长率为410%。形态研究表明,在此复合材料中,高岭土粒子表面被一层聚合物所包覆,高岭土粒子在聚乙烯基体中均匀分散。DSC测试表明,在该复合材料中,聚乙烯具有较大的结晶度。当高岭土的填充量为40%时,聚乙烯的结晶度超过80%。 A kind of PE/Kaolin composite was prepared by " polymerization - filling " process in which Ziegler -Natta catalyst was supported on inorganic filler of Kaolin. The viscosityaverage molecular weight of PE made by this process was above 106. The tensile strength at break and the elongation at break of the composite was over 30 MPa and 410% respectively when the filling content of Kaolin reached 40%. The morphological study of the PE/Kaolin composite showed that Kaolin particles were dispersed homogeneously in PE matrix and their surfaces were covered with a layer of PE. The crystallization degree of PE in this composite exceeded 80%.
