常见帕金森叠加综合征 被引量：4

摘要 帕金森叠加综合征是一组中枢神经系统变性疾病,可分为tau蛋白病和α-突触核蛋白病两大类疾病。临床上都表现为进行性运动功能障碍,如运动缓慢、肢体强直和少动等症状。对常规的抗帕金森病药物治疗反应不佳。仅凭临床症状误诊率很高,影像学及功能影像学尤其是单光子发射计算机断层显像和正电子发射计算机断层显像检查对诊断有极大帮助。
