转化生长因子β1和基质金属蛋白酶2在肾透明细胞癌中的表达及临床意义

摘要 基质金属蛋白酶（MMP）在肿瘤的侵袭和转移过程中起重要作用，转化生长因子-β1（TGF-β1）也与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关，在调节细胞的生长与分化过程中也具有广泛的作用。我们采用免疫组织化学SP法及逆转录-聚合酶链反应（RT-PCR）检测肾透明细胞癌（RCCC）中TGF-β1、MMP2的表达，探讨它们之间及与RCCC临床病理学参数和生存率的关系，为临床上了解RCCC的生物学行为、指导治疗和判断预后等提供帮助。
