摘要
通过对起重机运行机构使用的自动纠偏方案的分析,并对传统PID控制器方案和模糊控制器方案的优缺点和适用性进行分析比较,将模糊控制理论应用到起重机纠偏控制系统中,针对起重机运行机构的特点,提出了模糊PID智能纠偏的方案,以达到工业现场实际使用的要求。
This paper presents deviation correcting methods used in crane traveling mechanism, focusing on advantages and disadvantages of traditional PID method and fuzzy controller method, as well as their application scopes. On the basis, fuzzy PID intelligent method is put forward, considering the characteristics of the traveling mechanism and actual operation conditions.
