摘要
简单介绍了气室的作用和组成,重点分析了气室的纵向和横向结构,并用有限元软件ANSYS对不同横截面的气室结构做了数值模拟,给出横向结构不同气室盘槽沿横向(X方向)的应力强度分布曲线和位移分布曲线,分析表明气室的安装位置和盘槽与侧板的过渡结构对盘槽应力和变形大小有直接的影响。
This paper gives a brief description of functions and composition of plenum chamber of air - cushion belt conveyor, and a detailed description of its longitudinal and horizontal structure. Numerical simulation of plenum chambers with different cross- sections is conducted, giving horizontal (X direction) stress distribution curve and displacement distribution curve. Analysis shows that chamber's installation position and transition structure of the trough and side plates have direct influence on trough stress and deformation.
