摘要
基于ANSYS软件的有限元技术,采用多种单元混合建模进行动力学分析。分别建立了双小车集装箱岸边桥式起重机以及抓斗卸船机的有限元模型,计算这2种港口机械的起升动力响应系数,并与相关起重机设计规范的结构动力响应系数进行分析比较,计算方法和结论可供相关人员参考。
This papar covers dynamics analysis of large harbor overhead traveling crane based on mixing different elements and the powerful finite element analysis software ANSYS. Finite element models of double - trolley container overhead traveling crane and grab shipunloader are built, Dynamic response coefficients of the two kinds of harbor machines are worked out and are compared to those specified in related crane design specifications, The methods and results given in this paper can be a reference for the related personnel.
