长沙市雨花区“城中村”问题的现状与思考

城中村是一种特殊的城市化现象,且随着我国城镇化进程的推进,城中村问题变得越来越突出;长沙市必须在借鉴其他城市改造经验,针对自身的情况,首先在雨花区进行试点;分析了雨花区"城中村"改造过程中存在的问题以及产生问题的根源,提出了相应的解决对策。
