摘要
目的:观察鬼毛针多糖对免疫抑制小鼠血清中IL-2和TGF-β1水平的影响。方法:给CY皮下注射造模的免疫抑制小鼠腹腔注射(i.p)鬼毛针多糖,空白对照组及模型对照组给予等量的生理盐水,连续给药7天。给药结束后,用ELISA双抗体夹心法测定各组小鼠血清中白介素2(IL-2)、转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)的水平。结果:鬼毛针多糖可以提高免疫抑制小鼠血清中IL-2水平,并可同时下调血清中TGF-β1水平。结论:鬼毛针多糖可以通过调节小鼠血清中免疫因子,增强免疫抑制小鼠的免疫功能。
Objective: To observe the effects of marasmius androsaceus polysaccharide on IL-2 and TGF-β1 in immuno-supressive mice. Methods: Immuno-supressive models was made by subcutaneous cytoxan. Mice were divided into normal, model and three dosage marasmius androsaceus polysaccharide groups. Serum IL-2 and TGF-β1 were determined by ELISA. Results: Marasmius androsaceus polysaccharide could elevate serum IL-2 level and lower TGF-β1 in immuno-supressive mice. Conclusion:Marasmius androsaceus polysaccharide can enhance immuno-supressive mice's immune function by regulating serum IL-2 and TGF-β1 levels.
