摘要 强直性脊柱炎（ankylosing spondylitis，AS）是一种主要侵犯脊柱并可累及周围关节的慢性进行性炎性疾病，以外周关节肿痛为首发症状者亦有所见，特别是双膝、双髋关节容易受侵犯。其常规用药是非甾体抗炎药加免疫抑制剂，但对缓解局部外周关节红肿热痛症状并不十分理想。自2004年起，
