With the development of economy, the contradiction between the economy development and environmental deterioration becomes acute, especially the serious electronic wastes, which arouse great concern in the society. So the governance of electronic wasters based on circular economy is great meaningful and necessary. Many countries have gained experiences on electronic wastes, so it＇s important for us to learn the experiences from other countries for reference.
