摘要
选择了三种不同的表面活性剂硅酸钠、十二烷基磺酸钠、聚丙烯酰胺,通过控制表面活性剂的加入量和石英粉体悬浮液的pH,利用搅拌磨制备出超细石英粉体。比较了不同条件下石英粉体的粒度和分散度的变化规律,并分析了产生的原因。
In this paper, three different surfaetants: sodium silicate, sodium dodecyl sulfate and polyacry lamide were selected. Through controlling the additions of surfactants and the pH of quartz powder suspending liquid, the ultra-free silica powders was prepared by using stirred mill. The changes regularity of panicle size and dispersion degree of quartz powder under different conditions were compared, and its reasons were analyzed.
