摘要
钢管混凝土结构是一种介于钢结构和钢筋混凝土结构之间的新型结构,其核心混凝土由于处于三向受力状态,抗压强度和变形能力大大提高。钢管混凝土结构中的混凝土施工工艺多彩用泵送顶升方法,属于免振捣施工范畴,特殊的施工工艺对钢管混凝土的工作性能和硬化性能指标提出了特殊的要求,文中讨论钢管微膨胀混凝土配合比设计中的一些问题,包括混凝土的技术要求、混凝土配合比操作过程及在施工中出现的一些问题。
Steel tube concret structure was a new structure between steel structure and reinforced concret structure, the core of it has three force, it has a high compressive strength and changable ability. The concret usually use pump to top, avoid shaking. Special construction has a special requirement to its working ability and hard quality. By disassing some pnoblems of sted tube microexpand concret mixture scale, include technology requirement, control process and the problem during construction.
