摘要
以计算机数字图像处理为基础,以实验分析为验证手段,以服装产业化生产为应用前景,研究了服装服饰设计信息特征的提取转换基本规律,探索通过信息技术实现复杂图案服饰与挂件计算机辅助设计(CAD)与激光自动切割(CAM)的接口转换。着重研究了多种CAD图形输入方法,探讨了不同图形文件格式的转换技术,建立了激光切割最佳工艺参数数据库,进行了形状误差及精度分析。研究成果为衣料激光切割工艺提供了有效、可靠的技术及数据支持,提高了服装、服饰的激光加工效率,并保证切割质量达到最佳效果。
The topic of the dissertation, which takes computer digital image processing as a foundation and laboratory analysis as its confirmation method based on garment industry production application, researched the basic conversion rule of the information characters of the clothing design amd explored the interface conversion of the computer-aided design of clothing pattern and apparel images (CAD) with the automatic laser cutting on complex patterned clothing and apparel-hangings by use of information technology. The topic emphatically discussed the different graphics file format conversion technology, established the best craft parameter database that suits the laser cutting via the ACCESS software and carried on the shape error and precision analysis. The research provided effective and reliable technological and data support for the laser cutting craft and enhanced laser processing efficiency of fashion items and apparel hangings as well as guaranteed cutting quality.
