摘要
在相同工艺条件下,分别采用压力棒隔距块和普通隔距块纺制紧密精梳14.6 tex纯棉纱,发现使用压力棒隔距块时单纱的毛羽、强力和条干均有改善。还使用不同的前胶辊加压和压力棒隔距块进行了纺纱实验,分析了各因素对纱线性能的影响,并对各因素进行了优选。
Under the same condition, 14.6 rex compact combed cotton yam is spun respectively by use of spacer of additional press bar and plain spacer. It is found that the hairiness, breaking length and evenness of the formed single yam is improved by use of spacer of additional press bar. And experiments by use of former cots pressure and spacer of additional press bar have been followed to analyze their effect on yam quality and to optimize all the influence factors.
