摘要
通过实验研究了涤纶织物在同一黏合温度、不同热定形温度条件下的热缩率变化情况,结果发现,织物的热缩率是一个动态变化的值。只有当测试时间达到4 h以后,热缩率才会处于稳定状态,并且当热定形温度为180℃时涤纶的热缩率最大,而200℃时的热缩率最小。
The experiment discusses the change of the fabric pyrocondensation rate in which the agglutination temperature is identical while the heat setting temperature condition is different. The result indicates that the fabric pyrocondensation rate is a dynamic change value. The pyrocondensation rate can he at the steady state when the test time keeps for over 4 hours. The polyester pyrocondensation rate is biggest when the heat setting temperature is at 180 ℃ whilst the polyester pyroeondensation rate is smallest when the heat setting temperature is at 200℃.
