摘要
文章从经济学、法理学、社会学三方面分别对企业履行社会责任的理论基础进行了概述,指出了企业履行社会责任应注意的几个问题。以中国移动通信集团及其相关子公司为例,对如何开展好企业社会责任规范管理工作进行了分析,认为企业必须树立正确的社会责任观、明确责任管理目标、制定年度责任主题、推动责任有效落实,这样才能真正确保对企业社会责任的科学有效管理。
From economics, nomology and sociology, the theory of the social responsibilities of enterprise respectively is summarized, problems in the execution course of the social responsibilities of enterprises are pointed out. Take China Mobile Group and its branches as a practical example, the ways to effectively carry out the management of the social responsibilities of China enterprises are analyzed such as establishing proper view of social responsibility, nailing down responsibility management aim, settling annual responsibility theme and enhancing the execution of responsibility effectively. In these ways, the scientism and effectiveness of enterprise social responsibility management can be ensured.
