空调室外机网罩的注塑模拟分析及应用

APPLICATION AND INJECTION MOLDING SIMULATION FOR AIR CONDITIONING GUARD

空调室外机网罩结构复杂,采用传统的注塑模具设计方法存在试制时间长、成本高等问题。而采用CAE技术可有效地节省设计时间和成本。笔者应用Moldflow分析软件对空调室外机网罩进行注塑模拟分析以得到较佳的模具设计方案,并据此进行了注塑模具设计与制造。试模结果表明,模具的浇口位置和数量对注塑制品的外观质量起着决定性的影响。

The structure of air conditioning guard is quite complex, so traditional injection mold design needs long time and high cosf. By using CAE system in mold design, design time and cost can be saved effectively. This paper introduce the application of Moldflow in injection molding simulation of air conditioning guard. The mold testing results show that the gate location and gate numbers on air trip play a decisive impact on the quality of injection molding part.
