摘要
在传统陈列柜的理论基础上设计了新的冷风柜及其供冷风系统,以集中供冷风的方式打破了传统的柜内循环送风的模式。实验研究了多台柜系统冷风分配的均匀性及柜内温度场的特性,并对比研究了冷风柜系统与传统制冷陈列柜系统的柜性能,实验结果表明了通过调节风量分配装置,多台并联柜具有较好的柜内风速分布,同时其柜内的温度分布均匀,达到了超市陈列柜的性能要求;另外,相对于传统陈列柜,冷风柜具有更好的融霜特性。
This paper designed the new air cooling cabinets system which based on the research theory of traditional display cases. It breaks through the air supply model of traditional display cases and adopts the air concentrated supply method. The experimental bench has been set up, and the comparison experiment between cold - blast cabinets system and traditional one has been made. The experiment results indicate that the homogeneous distribution of airflow velocity in dual parallel cabinets can be actualized by modulating and switching airflow distribution equipment, the temperature field in the cold - blast cabinets system is uniform, and cold - blast cabinet has a better defrosting characteristic. Its performance meets the requirement of display equipment in supermarket.
