银屑病发病机制研究的进展与挑战 被引量：3

摘要 一、研究进展在过去 三十年里，有关银屑病发病机制的研究取得三大进展：首先，在皮肤生物学方面获得了更为详细的信息（例如关于角质形成细胞的终末分化、皮肤归巢T细胞的研究等）；其次，对银屑病发病机制的认识不断深入，研究角质形成细胞十年，研究T细胞十年，目前开始的十年重点研究抗原提呈细胞，这些说明有关银屑病发病机制的研究没有终点，新的假说不断建立，
