摘要
目的:优选叶下珠的最佳提取工艺。方法:优选提取方式后通过正交实验,以柯里拉京含量为指标,考察溶剂浓度、溶剂用量、回流时间、回流次数对叶下珠提取工艺的影响。结果:叶下珠的最佳提取工艺为10倍量50%丙酮-水回流提取4次,每次1h。结论:优选的提取工艺稳定,提取率高。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction process of Phyllanthus urinaria. METHODS The optimum process was investigated by L9 (3^4 ) orthogonal design with the content of corilagin as index. RESULTS The optimum technical condition: adding 10 times of 50% acetone, refluxing and extracting for 4 times,one hour each time. CONCLUSION The optimum extraction technology of corilagin from Phyllanthus urinaria is stable and reliable.
