摘要
基于DSP微控制器和局域网控制器技术,提出了CAN总线智能电动执行器的设计。利用微型消息总线(MMB)技术,采用系统组态的方法,用SVM-DTC控制算法实现了执行器电机的变频调速控制,实现了智能电动执行机构的基本功能。其中带CAN总线接口的DSP微控制器的选用,使得智能执行器可以通过CAN总线保持实时通信,提高了执行器的智能化水平。
According to the industrial field control object--electric actuator, the design of CAN bus intelligent electric actuator based on DSP micro controller and Controller Area Network (CAN) is proposed. The micro message bus, system configuration method and the SVM - DTC control algorithm are used to realize the frequency conversion control of electric actuator and the basic functions of the intelligent electric actuator. On the other hand, the selection of DSP with CAN interface can keep the real-time communication by CAN bus and improve the intelligent level of actuator.
