摘要
铁电存储器将ROM的非易失性数据存储特性和RAM的无限次读写、高速读写以及低功耗等优势结合在一起,为智能仪表的开发提供了便利。本仪表设计中使用了FM31256,不仅保证了实时数据的掉电保持,而且克服了传统方案采用分立器件造成的电路复杂、成本高等缺点。实践表明:铁电存储器具有能被快速、频繁访问的优点,并且能有效地解决突然断电数据丢失的问题。
FRAM combines the advantage of ROM nonvolatile data storage with the advantages of RAM unlimited read/write endurance, high-speed and low-power. So it provides convenience to the development of intelligent instruments. In this paper, FM31256 is used in the instrumentation to maintain the real-time data as well as to overcome disadvantages of the complex and higher cost circuit caused by the traditional discrete devices. Practice shows that FRAM can be fast and frequently visited, and can effectively resolve data loss problem caused by the sudden death.
