摘要 溴苯或取代溴苯与金属镁制得的格氏试剂,经硼氢化钠和三氟化硼原位反应得到的硼烷还原、水解"一锅法"进行,得到相应的取代苯硼酸,4例收率70%~84%。 The target compounds were conveniently synthesized in one pot from substituted bromobenzene by Grignard reaction, reduction with sodium boronhydride/boron trifluoride and hydrolysis in 70 % - 84 % yield.
