HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎患者单药抗病毒失效的治疗
摘要
IFN-α和拉米夫定（LAM）是目前临床上抗HBV治疗的主要药物，由于单独使用的长期疗效尚不令人满意，故探索不同抗病毒药物的联合治疗已成为热点。我们自1999年10月至2004年9月对IFN-α或LAM治疗失败的HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎（CHB）患者进行序贯治疗的探索，现将初步结果报道如下。
