慢性乙型肝炎并发血小板减少症相关因素分析

摘要
血小板减少症是一个常见的临床问题，最常见于HIV感染或儿童病毒感染。在慢性肝病中，常见于肝硬化。新近多项研究表明，血小板减少症与慢性HCV感染及肝纤维化密切相关。慢性乙型肝炎（慢乙肝）患者的血小板减少及与其相关因素尚缺乏充分的研究。本研究旨在探讨慢乙肝患者并发血小板减少症的流行情况及相关因素。
