摘要
目的建立肉苁蓉中苯乙醇苷的含量测定方法。方法选用测定波长333nm,以松果菊苷为对照品,采用大孔树脂-紫外分光光度法对肉苁蓉中苯乙醇苷的含量进行了测定。结果松果菊苷在8~40mg·mL-1范围内具有良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=2.3010X-0.0041(r=0.9991),平均回收率为99.1%,RSD为0.4%。结论该方法操作简便,结果准确,重复性好,可用于肉苁蓉的质量控制。
Objective To establish a quantitative method for the determination of total phenylethanoid glycosides in Cistanche desertiola. Method Using detection wavelength at 333nm and echinacoside as standard, macroporous resin -UV spectrophotomatry was developed to determine total phenylethanoid glycosides in Cistanche desertiola. Results The calibration curve was in good linearity over the range of 8-40 mg·L^-1 with the regression equationY = 2. 301 0X-0. 004 1(r = 0. 999 1). The average recovery was 99.1% with RSD= 0. 4 %. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used to control the quality of Cistanche desertiola.
