摘要 分析了数控立式磨床垂直进给轴的机电动态特性,研究了伺服系统的速度环参数对伺服系统性能的影响。采用MATLAB/SIMULINK仿真技术分析了速度环比例增益和积分常数对机电动态性能的影响。经伺服系统实验验证了理论分析与仿真结果的正确性。研究表明速度环参数对消除进给系统的自激振荡有积极作用。 Based on analyzing the dynamic characteristics of vertical servo motor of a NC vertical grinder, the effect of the parameters of speed loop on the servo system was studied. The impact of the proportion and the integral time on the dynamic characteristics was analyzed by MATLAB/SIMULINK. The experiment indicates that the theoretical analysis and the simulation experiments are correct. The research indicates that the parameters of the speed loop are beneficial for avoiding the self-sustaining pressure oscillation of the feed system.
